The correct amount of inflation is not too much and not too little but always greater than previous inflation.

I looked and noticed over a year back that most producers were hardly surviving.
Wholesale costs must constantly rise to sustain the producers.
In turn this leads to an increase in retail prices that consumers must pay to acquire what the producers supply.
This ultimately forces consumers to request greater amounts of credit to be supplied by commercial banks.
Not too much, Not too little, but always greater than previously is the correct amount.
So far from March 6th, 2009 to currently this has been the case.
The problem is doubling times.
At 1% it takes 72 years to double roughly.
2% it takes 36 years
3% it takes 24 years
4% it takes 18 years
5% it takes 14.4 years
The less growth you require the longer you can sustain growth.
Think of it as demand doubling.
72 years to double the demand for resources required to sustain a 1% per year growth rate.
Meaning that after 72 years it will take twice as much resources to supply a 1% yield.
But if your global civilization requires 2% yield then you will blow through the same amount of resources in 36 years.
